Lillian Velazquez is Lolita San Miguel’s Assistant and has had the privilege of working with her for over 25 years. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master’s Degree in Integrative Education Curriculum and Montessori Method from the Center for Montessori Teacher Education-North Carolina University. She founded Montessori School of Byron in Georgia. Lillian devotes most of her time and energy to the Pilates Method and helping others achieve their goals. She is convinced that through the Pilates Method one can achieve a total integration of the Body, Mind and Spirit. She has witness how the method has brought balance, health and healing to those that practice it.
